I will NOT draw:

• Any NSFW or sexual content
• Excessive gore
• Underage material
• Fetish art
• Offensive material (hate speech, hateful references, satanic symbols)
• Drugs or references to drugs

Please ask if you have any questions regarding what I can and cannot draw.

I. GENERAL TERMS

• Please write clearly, detailing what pose, expression, etc. If no details are given, I will assume buyer has given me artistic liberty.
• Provide neat references; preferably full body, digitally colored. Any additional information that can help me bring your character to life is appreciated.
• Please do not send a wall of text. Spacing out your message greatly helps.
• Be respectful. Rudeness will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
• Follow the rules provided in commission sheet or other purchasable sheets (YCH, adopts, etc.).

II. PAYMENT

• All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
• Do not send payment unless I give permission to do so.
• The currency accepted is USD via TBD.
• Payment is nonrefundable, unless otherwise stated.
• Additional characters will be subject to an additional fee.
• There is no discount for purchasing multiple artworks. Prices are non-negotiable, unless otherwise noted.

III. PROCESS

• A sketch will be given to the buyer. Here, the buyer must detail if anything needs to be changed at this stage before moving on to the line art. The sketch given will contain a large overlay of my watermark.
• Revisions are free of charge in the sketch phase of the commission. However, any changes to pose, expression, or otherwise additional elements after line art will be subject to additional charge.
• The turnaround time for a commission depends on factors of the artist such as health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues. Commission should not exceed past the time of 2 months.
• I do not accept commissions with a deadline unless otherwise noted.
• If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.

IV. REVISIONS

• Any great changes will come with an extra charge (outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely)
• If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

• I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
• Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
• Promote myself with in any place or site
• To display it anywhere to my liking
• Post it wherever I want
• The commissioner is allowed to:
• Use the copyrighted artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY
• Claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself
• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist
• If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
• The following is considered Copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
• Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Removing any watermarks/signatures.
• Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

• I hold the right to cancel/refuse any commission without a given reason.
• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
• If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
• Any chargebacks will result in the cancellation of the commission as well as a block from ordering from me.
• I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
